1. Our Commitment to You
We provide high-quality, guided outdoor experiences in full compliance with Canadian federal and provincial regulations. Our team is dedicated to delivering safe, exciting, and environmentally responsible tours.

2. Safety First
Your safety is at the heart of everything we do:
Mandatory safety briefing before every tour
Certified helmets and protective gear provided
Regularly inspected and well-maintained equipment
Experienced and trained guides leading every tour
For your safety and the safety of others:
No alcohol or drugs before or during the tour
Follow your guide’s instructions at all times

3. Who Can Join
Minimum age requirements apply (typically 16+ to drive)
A valid driver’s license may be required
Guests must be in suitable physical condition
Any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed in advance
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced rider — our tours are designed to be safe and enjoyable for all skill levels.

4. Respect for Nature

5. Booking & Cancellation
Your booking is confirmed with a deposit
Flexible cancellation options available (based on notice period)
Tours may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions
If plans change — we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

6. Liability & Responsibility
We maintain full commercial liability insurance for our operations.
Guests are responsible for:
Following all safety instructions
Operating vehicles responsibly
Any damage caused by misuse or negligence

7. Waiver of Liability (Important)
Before participating, all guests are required to review and sign a Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that:
Outdoor motorized activities (including snowmobiling and ATV riding) involve inherent risks such as injury, collision, terrain hazards, and weather conditions
You voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides
You release the Company, its employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses, except where prohibited by law
If the participant is under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.
